Thanks for dealing with all the issues here.  We know we weren't easy customers but we are happy customers.  Your installer was very professional and the drapes are gorgeous.  We get so many compliments on them and I have passed your name on to several people.  You must come over for dinner soon and see the place again now that all the furniture is in.  The place is really shaping up and feeling like home, thanks to you!
